Description
Attractive grass with red foliage with long slender leaves drooping form beautiful clumps of greenery, and its dense flowering, whiteheads, erect above the leaves falling. To plant in a well drained soil in full sun. Pennisetum is to stop the erosion of slopes by fixing plant cover its roots, spreads its roots by increasing the diameter of the tuft and not its seeds carried by the wind. It can climb to 4 feet high. Behaves very well on terraces and balconies and beachfront flowers can be used as cut flowers.
